All catering orders must be submitted with a minimum of 48 business hours- events with more than 50 guests require more notice

Events requiring alcohol must be submitted 7-10 business days in advance

Catering orders require a minimum of 5 guests

48 business hour cancellation policy required to avoid being charged the full amount

Additional labor charges may apply depending on menu & guest count

Pricing includes in house platters- please note we do not have linens, china, glassware or flatware in house (only disposable goods available)

Additional rentals may be sourced, note there is a $550 minimum rental order

This menu has standardized portions to strategically align with the Cornell Tech mission of sustainability. Our portions are set to be substantial, but not excessive to cut back on food waste that is often a catering industry standard
